Terms of service

Fractask is open-source software (MIT licensed) plus an early-access hosted preview. The OSS code is at github.com/Fractask/fractask and governed by its license. The hosted preview at fractask.ai is what these terms cover.

Use of the service

The hosted preview is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee and no SLA, while we are in private beta. We may change pricing, rate-limit accounts, or take the service offline temporarily for maintenance. We’ll give you reasonable notice in your account email before doing anything that affects your data.

You agree to use the service for lawful purposes. Don’t use it to host or generate illegal content, harass people, scrape competitors, or run cryptocurrency miners.

Your content

You own everything you put into Fractask. We don’t train models on your task trees and we don’t share them with anyone you haven’t explicitly invited. We do read aggregated, de-identified usage to understand how the product is used.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fractask’s liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the prior 12 months. While we are in private beta and the service is free, that limit is zero.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time and we’ll remove your data within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.
